SVP, Revenue Operations

About the role

BeyondTrust is scaling to $1B+ ARR and needs a senior leader to own the revenue operations operating system, ensuring predictable growth through disciplined forecasting, data integrity, and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly/bi‑weekly forecasting reviews and quarterly business reviews, reconciling field roll‑ups into a single forecast.
• Design and own long‑range GTM strategy, territory, quota and compensation models, and align capacity planning with FP&A.
• Lead Data Analytics and modern BI platforms, driving predictive modeling and decision‑ready insights.
• Direct Sales Field Operations, aligning territory design, capacity, and rep productivity with revenue goals.
• Govern Salesforce and RevTech roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and champion AI‑enabled automation across the revenue function.

Required profile

• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Commercial Operations, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS, with VP/SVP‑level experience.
• Proven track record scaling a company through the $550M → $1B+ ARR inflection point.
• Hands‑on ownership of forecasting, planning, and territory/quota/compensation design.
• Experience leading both Field Operations and Marketing Operations at scale.
• Experience operating in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment and a bachelor's degree.

Required skills

• Power user of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
• Proficiency with modern RevOps/BI tools such as Gong, Tableau or Power BI, Databricks, Xactly.
• Hands‑on fluency in AI and automation workflow development.
• Strong data analytics and engineering leadership capabilities.
