About the role

The Surgical/Scrub Technician works in the Main Operating Room, providing sterile instrument preparation and assistance to the surgical team during procedures.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgeries.
Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and supplies.
Ensure proper setup and turnover of the operating room between cases.

Required profile

Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Current University of Arkansas System employee status or eligibility to apply through Workday.
