Supply & Inventory Planner – Asia Pacific/Latin America

About the role

The Supply & Inventory Planner will support seasonal planning and execution for a designated territory within the Asia Pacific/Latin America (APLA) region. You will be the primary point of contact for supply planning and purchasing activities, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the twice‑monthly delivery planning process and ensure materials are planned and purchased on schedule.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, track changes, and verify accuracy to guarantee product movement from factory to distribution center.
• Analyze core business metrics (PIFOT, Coverage, Unplanned) to identify challenges and drive data‑based storytelling.
• Support flow‑optimization decisions (M1/M2/M3) for the Mexico territory and recommend mitigations such as flow adjustments or expedite actions.
• Proactively drive actions to maintain a healthy inventory position, escalating issues that could cause unfulfilled demand or delays.
• Participate in unplanned resolution processes and collaborate with cross‑functional partners across S&IM, Geography, and Territory teams.

Required profile

• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of resolving complex business issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex, business‑critical topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in distributor models or multi‑stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (as indicated in the original posting).
