Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Waabi, a Physical AI company behind autonomous trucks and robotaxis, is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist for its Global Supply Chain Team in Dallas. The role covers purchase order releases, material tracking and physical inventory management, working M-F in the office from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Release purchase orders for direct and indirect commodities and manage material tracking and physical inventory, including labelling, storage and handling
• Create purchase orders and related activities through the procure-to-pay process
• Perform goods receipt transactions for direct and indirect materials at the Lancaster facility
• Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers and across Waabi facilities
• Manage consigned inventory with suppliers and OEM partners
• Run inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• Build relationships with shipping carriers and own the RMA process with suppliers, end to end
• Help identify and implement process improvements and documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain, Finance or Management) or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or inventory management
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics
• Open-minded, collaborative team player willing to help others
• Passion for self-driving technologies and solving hard problems
• Willingness to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs and ladders
• Knowledge of export compliance

Required skills

• Procure-to-pay processes, including tools such as PLM and inventory and procurement systems
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
• Extremely proficient in Google Workspace
