Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead strategic supply‑chain initiatives for military and legacy aircraft programs. The role bridges Military program teams and site leadership, driving New Product Introduction from drawing inspection to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier delivery performance, ensuring timely execution to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
• Manage program risks, compliance with contractual requirements (FAR/DFAR, ITAR, etc.), and supplier change notifications.
• Develop and execute material and cost strategies throughout the program lifecycle, from bid phase through execution.
• Provide supply‑chain support for customer communications, audits, and proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations or program/project management.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities and business acumen.

Required skills

• Experience with structured problem‑solving tools (5Y, 8D) and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and resolve technical supplier issues.
• Knowledge of contractual and export regulations (FAR, DFAR, REACH, AEO, ITAR, EAR).
