Supply Chain Planning and Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning and Operations Coordinator to drive strategic supply solutions across production, sales, and marketing teams. You will act as a central hub, ensuring our supply chain remains agile, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with production facilities to analyze and adjust production plans, prioritizing changes to improve efficiency and manage inventory levels.
• Serve as liaison between Allocation, Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to gather performance insights and flag potential risks.
• Partner with business units throughout the S&OP process, communicating supply risks and their operational impacts.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance processes and capabilities organization‑wide.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing strategies to mitigate disruptions and increase market responsiveness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings to discuss planning updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaborative mindset with confidence to advocate ideas and decisions.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
