Supply Chain Manager – Remote (North America)

About the role

LOAM is seeking a data‑driven Supply Chain Manager to own end‑to‑end operations as the company scales its microbiome‑focused supplement line. This fully remote position (North America‑based) reports to the COO and blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for DTC and emerging channels, improving accuracy and reducing stockouts.
• Set inventory targets, monitor health across supply‑chain nodes, and optimize allocation to maximize revenue.
• Plan and execute purchase orders, manage production schedules, lead times, and capacity with contract manufacturers.
• Oversee inbound freight (domestic and international), coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and 3PL partners to ensure SLA compliance.
• Build scalable processes, models, and KPI dashboards to support rapid decision‑making.
• Identify supply‑chain risks, create contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory planning, preferably in CPG.
• Hands‑on experience with DTC and omnichannel environments (Amazon, retail a plus).
• Proven track record managing contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and logistics partners.
