Logistics Coordinator – Domestic & International Shipping

About the role

Sprout is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international transportation arrangements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure seamless execution of complex shipping needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic over‑the‑road (OTR) freight services and automate quotation and dispatch of LTL and FTL shipments.
• Monitor vendor performance and system automations to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain inbound and outbound facility receiving volumes within daily capacity limits.
• Work directly with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers across all modes (LTL, FTL, air, ocean, parcel).
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipper’s letters of instruction (SLIs), and electronic export information (EEI) filings for international shipments.
• Proactively improve customer experience and work order execution through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track transportation costs as a percentage of revenue and identify improvement opportunities.
