Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

Over The Moon is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day logistics across wholesale, ecommerce and third‑party fulfillment. The role will be the primary point of contact for the 3PL partner, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely shipments and clear reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison with the 3PL partner, handling daily communication, issue resolution and performance monitoring.
• Monitor inbound receipts, outbound fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, ASN tracking, routing compliance and shipping timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate receiving, packing, fulfillment and returns processes.
• Manage outbound wholesale shipments, routing, documentation and vendor communication.
• Own logistics and fulfillment reporting, tracking KPIs such as fulfillment SLAs, shipping performance and inventory variances.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and operational trackers to improve visibility across ecommerce and wholesale operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Buying, Finance and Operations teams to support SOP development and tool implementation.
• Assist with forecasting, process optimization and special operational projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a track record of building scalable logistics processes.
