Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Rhoda AI is scaling the production of next‑generation generalist robots and needs a Supply Chain Manager who can thrive in a fast‑paced New Product Introduction environment. You will own procurement, supplier management, and inventory control to keep hardware schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Source new suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and hold vendors accountable to engineering change notices.
• Expedite purchase orders, track on‑time delivery, and manage payment cycles.
• Drive daily actions to clear shortages, reduce total cost, lead time, and risk.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide reporting on delivery performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in a startup or hardware environment.
• Proven ability to execute under pressure with clear written and oral communication.
• Strong judgment to escalate early and protect project schedules.
• Experience building motor or mechanical supply chains is a plus.
