Supply Chain Engineering Manager

About the role

Arhaus is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Manager to lead the implementation and support of Labor Management Systems (LM) across its warehouse and distribution center network. You will drive operational excellence by applying industrial engineering principles, process optimization, and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LM deployment, configuration, reporting, training, and ongoing optimization in all Arhaus facilities.
• Act as the primary business owner and subject‑matter expert for the Labor Management System, overseeing implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, HR, and other partners to align LM configuration with labor standards and organizational goals.
• Support integration of LM with existing WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms and troubleshoot incidents.
• Analyze workflows, labor utilization, facility layouts, and travel paths to identify productivity gains, service improvements, and cost reductions.
• Champion adoption of industry best practices and operational efficiency strategies across the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or supporting Labor Management System deployments (e.g., Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber).
• Strong background in supply chain technologies and industrial engineering.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, technology, and support teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
