Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Paradigm Sciences, a specialty ingredient distributor for the personal care and cosmetics industry, is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator based in Annandale, NJ. Working in a hybrid schedule, you will manage the inbound flow of raw material ingredients to the company’s third‑party warehouse and act as the key liaison between global suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound shipments to the third‑party warehouse in Edison, NJ.
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain supplier relationships, pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Track and resolve supply chain disruptions, shipment delays, and logistics issues.
• Support customs clearance activities and manage HTS codes.
• Analyze freight costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and logistics data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to support overall business operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inbound logistics.
• Experience working with international suppliers and coordinating shipments.
• Familiarity with customs clearance processes and HTS codes.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
