Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Manager. The role ensures timely and efficient delivery of fresh produce from growers to customers, handling daily communications, shipment planning, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order allocations, special packaging needs, and coordinate shipments with growers.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for growers, maintaining clear communication and aligning production schedules.
• Develop long‑term grower programs, oversee contract compliance, and evaluate operational capabilities.
• Maintain optimal product and packaging inventory levels, monitor turnover, and prevent aging stock.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Quality Control) and attend supply chain meetings.
• Track and report KPIs such as grower compliance and on‑time delivery, proposing improvements.
• Support strategic purchasing during shortages and assist with repack adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or logistics roles, preferably within agriculture or perishable goods.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
