Supply Chain Coordinator (Data and Excel)

About the role

A detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator is sought to support the Sales Office through data management, forecasting, reporting and business analysis. The role suits an analytical professional with advanced Excel skills who can keep data accurate, spot insights and deliver reports under tight deadlines. It is onsite in Doral, Florida, as a long-term contract at $24-$27 per hour. A background in logistics or supply chain is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office
• Collect, enter, update and maintain data in the company's proprietary database, including forecast information
• Create, standardize, manage and deliver weekly business reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams and customers
• Generate data visualizations to support business operations
• Collaborate with Finance and other business units to achieve team objectives
• Follow established processes, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Complete other assignments as needed

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Associate degree required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• US citizen, GC holder or authorized to work in the U.S.
