Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

Acne Studios is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support its US supply chain operations. Based in the New York office, you will work closely with the company’s 3PL partner, Bergen Logistics, and key suppliers to ensure smooth inbound logistics and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and announce daily inbound deliveries to the third‑party warehouse in North Bergen, NJ.
• Audit invoices, customs duties and tax bills, and assist with related documentation.
• Collect, analyse and report on inbound KPI metrics.
• Support supply‑chain development and improvement projects for the US market.
• Assist Wholesale, Retail and E‑commerce teams with delivery‑related matters.
• Ensure the warehouse partner meets performance objectives and maintains high operational standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in fashion or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, action‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
