Supplier Quality Leader, Ultrasound

About the role

The Supplier Quality Engineering Leader for our Ultrasound business is accountable for developing and delivering the Supplier Quality strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and high‑quality performance of suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the Supplier Quality Engineering vision and strategy aligned with business and supply objectives.
• Own supplier risk management, defining, monitoring and mitigating quality, delivery, cost and sustainability requirements.
• Lead strategic supplier engagement and multi‑sourcing strategies, delivering annual quality improvement plans.
• Integrate SQE with engineering, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure cross‑functional collaboration.
• Shape team structure, processes and resource planning to evolve SQE capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Quality, Procurement or Supply Chain within the medical device industry, including ISO9001, ISO13485 and FDA‑regulated environments.
• Master’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
• Proven people‑leadership experience representing quality functions, preferably in supplier quality.
• Fluent English communication, willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship required.
