Global Product Manager, Mobile Applications

About the role

As the Global Product Manager for Mobile Applications within Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care, you will leverage leadership and deep customer insight to shape, develop, adapt, and implement product and solution requirements. You will own the product portfolio, translate market needs into a clear vision, and drive successful global execution and launch of mobile health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the software product lifecycle and commercial strategy for mobile apps, integrating the Software Business Model.
• Lead product and solution development, prepare business cases, and coordinate pricing to ensure profitable growth.
• Partner with R&D, UX, and cross‑functional teams to create clinically appropriate, user‑centric designs.
• Execute global go‑to‑market plans, including sales enablement, launch planning, and training content.
• Support onboarding and migration for new customers, monitor post‑launch performance, and drive adoption, retention, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product or solutions innovation experience in telehealth, medical devices, or regulated healthcare information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a global, multicultural environment.

What we offer

• Base salary range $135,000 – $216,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive bonus and long‑term incentives.
