About the role

The Senior Director, HPM Commercial Offerings defines the strategy, governance, and evolution of the HPM Commercial Solutions Portfolio, creating differentiated commercial offerings that deliver customer value, accelerate recurring revenue growth, and strengthen Philips' competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the HPM Commercial Solutions Portfolio.
• Translate Category innovations into scalable commercial offerings by partnering across functions.
• Own the commercial portfolio lifecycle, including roadmap development, investment prioritization, and retirement of legacy offerings.
• Establish standardized commercial frameworks such as packaging, contracts, entitlements, deployment, and lifecycle models.
• Monitor portfolio performance and customer outcomes to continuously improve offerings and accelerate growth.

Required profile

• 12+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, commercial strategy, healthcare technology, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise portfolio strategy in a global matrix organization.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing business cases and portfolio investments.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead transformational change.

Required skills

• Understanding of medtech service business.
• Experience developing scalable commercial business models and recurring revenue offerings.

What we offer

• Base salary range $227,000 to $362,000 per year.
