Senior Global Product Manager – MCT Clinical Systems

About the role

As our Senior Product Manager within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics (AM&D) Service Solutions team, you will collaborate in defining the Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) clinical systems product strategy that aligns to the AM&D portfolio vision and global market alignment. This role will be responsible for our flagship clinical software/hardware platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
• Lead lifecycle management and market readiness activities including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, pricing, and launch planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends, regulatory requirements, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go‑to‑market strategies with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience with required medical device background.
• Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS (plus) and enterprise‑level software product management (plus).
• Cardiology and service‑industry experience (IDTF, Care Delivery, Lab) is a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent; MBA preferred and can substitute for 3 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10‑20%.
