About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Supervisor who will design, lead and strategize the corporate department. The role focuses on building internal controls, applying agile methodologies and turning financial data into actionable strategies that drive optimal results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the corporate department’s strategy, aligning resources with company growth objectives.
• Create, implement and monitor internal control matrices to ensure transparency, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce agile methodologies into team workflows to improve delivery times and result quality.
• Analyze financial, accounting and economic indicators to support critical decisions by senior management.
• Supervise the team, acting as a clear communication bridge between the corporate department and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 2‑3 years of experience in supervisory, strategic consulting or corporate finance roles.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with confidence in professional conversations.
• Inspirational leadership, strong communication, emotional intelligence and high negotiation capability.
