Supervisor Regional Operations

About the role

The Supervisor Regional Operations leads a team of technicians delivering residential and business fiber services. This position ensures high‑quality service delivery, safety, and profitability while representing Forged Fiber with customers and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of outside and inside plant network services, including installation, maintenance, design, and splicing activities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for contractors, resolving construction and maintenance issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on new processes, quality standards, safety, and technical skills.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance, performance, and safety standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers, governmental agencies, and unions, fostering collaborative relationships.

Required profile

• 4+ years managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Experience in employee development, coaching, and mentoring within a union setting.
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, email, Word, legacy systems).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with 5+ years related experience.
• Ability to work consultatively, prioritize multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines.
