Senior Vendor Partner Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Vendor Partner Operations Specialist supports the performance, quality, safety and effectiveness of Vendor Partner Field Operations. Acting as a liaison between internal Field Operations teams and Vendor Partner organizations, the role ensures consistent execution of company standards and customer commitments across multiple Colorado markets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Vendor Partner Field Teams comply with operational processes, safety requirements, quality standards and performance expectations.
• Coach and support Vendor Partner Field Supervisors during onboarding and ongoing operations to promote consistent execution.
• Monitor field performance metrics, identify gaps and support corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Partner with internal Field Operations leaders and Vendor Partners to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Knowledge of field operations, telecommunications, construction, service delivery or contractor management environments.
• Strong coaching, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Telecommunications, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
