Senior Product Development Engineer - Wireless & Mobility

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of innovative wireless and mobility network solutions. The role involves turning strategic business objectives and customer needs into market‑competitive products throughout the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through launch, balancing schedule, budget, quality, market needs and strategic objectives.
• Provide technical oversight to validate feasibility, functionality, scalability, testing and quality assurance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing and other teams.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to shape development strategy and specifications.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product development and testing experience, preferably in wireless or network technologies.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide moderate‑sized projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired; certifications may be required for specific areas.
• Proven judgment in resolving complex product, technical, process and quality challenges.
