Supervisor – Continuous Improvement and Maintenance

About the role

Pic the Gift is seeking a full‑time Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and support maintenance operations across its Creve Coeur and Wentzville facilities. You will ensure equipment reliability, drive process efficiencies, and partner with operations leadership to sustain growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability and safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Lead scrap reduction and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Document and update maintenance procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support while tracking performance metrics.

Required profile

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting.
