About the role

Suffolk is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day activities on construction sites across the United States. The role combines hands‑on site management with oversight of project teams, safety, quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily job‑site activities, ensuring work progresses on schedule.
• Monitor site conditions, enforce safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
• Lead project team performance, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract documents and company policies.
• Track project budgets, report progress to senior management and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent senior field role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations and quality control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
