Summer 2027 Sales Support Analyst Intern

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Sales Support Analyst Intern for its Portage, Michigan office during the summer of 2027. The role sits within the Sales Support function and focuses on process improvement, AI and automation, data analysis, training materials and project work. It is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
• Create training materials and team resources such as guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that improve the employee and customer experience.
• Assist with data analysis projects, tracking key metrics and identifying trends.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements.
• Maintain and improve knowledge management tools so information stays organized and up to date.
• Take part in project planning and execution, from concept through implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations to help teams monitor performance.
• Test and evaluate new tools, technologies and system enhancements.
• Present findings, recommendations and project updates to team members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and staying enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour.
• Sign-on bonus.
