Summer 2027 Customer Success Internship

About the role

Stryker is offering a summer 2027 Customer Success internship in Michigan, with onsite work flexibility. The intern gains hands-on experience supporting the customer journey across digital education, customer success and solutions architecture, and helps create customer-facing training resources such as computer-based learning, instructor-led materials, tip sheets and checklists. The internship is open to students currently pursuing a degree.

Key responsibilities

• Create and enhance customer-facing training resources so customers can adopt and use solutions effectively.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer adoption, utilization, satisfaction and long-term success.
• Help develop customer success plans, organize best practices, track follow-up actions and prepare materials for customer conversations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to understand challenges and improve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Support digital training resources and help Solutions Architects scope SmartHospital implementations by gathering requirements and organizing information for Statements of Work.
• Assist with implementation estimates, documentation and internal coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen the customer experience, support deal velocity and enable high-quality implementations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

What we offer

• $20 minimum to $35 maximum hourly wage.
