Summer 2027 IT/IS Internship

About the role

Michelin is hiring an IT or Information Systems (IS) intern for the summer of 2027 (May to August) at its North American corporate headquarters in Greenville, SC. The intern develops real-world IT or IS solutions for Michelin's business, fostering innovation through creativity, experimentation and problem solving.

Required profile

• Major in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent field.
• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment, Monday to Friday on day shift.
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis; the position is not available for immigration sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn other software systems.
• Professional interaction with external partners, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
• Teamwork to meet common objectives.
