Summer 2027 Digital Internship (Greenville, SC)

About the role

Michelin is offering a Summer 2027 internship in Computer Science/Digital at one of its locations in the greater Greenville, SC area. The intern works with the technical tools the site uses to create value, taking on tasks requested by the site for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work with technical tools used at the site to deliver value, including data historians, BI applications, advanced analytics software, Python, SQL and Office 365 tools.
• Carry out work assigned by site requests across a range of projects.

Required profile

• Major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or Computer Science.
• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment, Monday to Friday on day shift.
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis; the position is not available for immigration sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn other software systems.
• Professional interaction with external partners, suppliers, customers and colleagues, and teamwork.
