Job description
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is offering a 9‑week, paid summer internship (June 7 – August 6) for students interested in instructional design and learning development. Interns work 35 hours per week in a hybrid environment at the downtown St. Louis office and receive $20‑$22 per hour.
- Identify, design, develop, and implement complex learning solutions for the Center for Learning Innovation or the Supervision Learning group.
- Conduct user‑experience and quality‑assurance reviews, create process documentation, and manage data collection, entry, and cleanup.
- Perform quality‑control testing on processes, write requirements, develop automated workflows, analyze data, generate reports, and produce communications or dashboards to improve efficiency and transparency.
