Summer 2027 Internship - Advanced Support Tools

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 internship in Indiana, based onsite in Fort Wayne, within its Advanced Technical Support Tools team. The intern contributes to projects building tools and AI solutions that help the tech support team troubleshoot customer issues faster and improve operational efficiency. The internship is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Analytics, Data Science, AI, IT, MIS, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, staying enrolled after the internship
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, verified at hire
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with ETL frameworks, Git, backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI) and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Airflow)
• Familiarity with Cursor, Microsoft CoPilot, prompt engineering and build automation tools

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour
