About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago offers a paid Summer 2027 internship in Cybersecurity and Information Security. Interns work onsite for 10‑12 weeks, contributing to project‑based assignments while gaining insight into the Federal Reserve System.
Required profile
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Current matriculated student graduating December 2027 or later
- Minimum 2.75 GPA (unofficial transcript may be required)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full internship duration
Required skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated
