Suite Attendant - Food & Beverage

About the role

The Suite Attendant provides exceptional hospitality to suite holders and single game renters at games and other events. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Premium Services Manager and covers pre-event setup, serving guests during the event and resetting suites between functions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up suites before events, including chafing dishes, plates, silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance
• Verify and set up pre-game and event orders, then take and place game-day food and beverage orders
• Serve guests until the end of the event, replenishing food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed
• Maintain the suite's orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
• Obtain host signatures on charges in a timely manner
• Clear items, clean surfaces and chafing dishes, and reset the suite for the next function, checking out with the supervisor or manager
• Follow ASM Global and SAVOR policies and procedures, and attend all major arena events

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a foodservice position; previous supervisory experience preferred
• At least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check
• Ability to complete pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training
• Knowledge of food service equipment, basic food preparation, sanitation and safety
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift stock up to 50 pounds
