About the role
The Bartender delivers exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. The role helps create a welcoming atmosphere and ensures guests enjoy a high-quality hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous and professional service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar area
- Keep the work area clean by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning glass doors and windows as needed
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with all laws and policies
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with servers, supervisors and team members to keep service running smoothly
- Follow all safety, sanitation and company procedures at all times
