About the role
Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced, professional substitute piano teacher to provide in‑person instruction at The Music Box in Lafayette, LA. The role covers Monday and Tuesday afternoons from January 18th to February 25th, 2027, with flexibility for additional availability.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality piano (and voice) lessons to students of various ages on scheduled afternoons.
- Maintain consistent teaching schedules and communicate any changes promptly to students and staff.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance, music education, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and experience working with young musicians.
- Strong punctuality, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a routine background check.
