Style Advisor - Gold Coast

About the role

Equinox is looking for energetic, creative and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join its Gold Coast team. The Style Advisor gives a full customer experience to all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox, taking direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and service: achieve assigned monthly sales goals, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and stay up to date on club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Operational excellence: uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies, understand training materials and help the Shop MOD complete operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Product and presentation: help keep The Shop aligned with brand standards through merchandising and marketing direction, follow the Shop dress code, and keep sales floors, cash wraps and stockrooms tidy.
• Professional dimension: build good relationships with colleagues, supervisors and clients, communicate clearly and tactfully, and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
• Ability to take direction, hardworking and honest.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
