Study Investigator (Licensed Veterinarian)

About the role

Clinvet NY, a global veterinary CRO, is seeking a Study Investigator to lead and oversee assigned animal health research studies. The role involves acting as Study Director or Principal Investigator and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Study Director/Principal Investigator for assigned studies, operating within approved training and delegated authority.
• Prepare, submit, and respond to protocol applications and amendments for IACUC, IBC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate and oversee study activities performed by external labs, CROs, and vendors, ensuring protocol compliance and timeline adherence.
• Monitor study progress, track milestones, manage resources, and proactively communicate risks to management.

Required profile

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (United States) with at least 2 years of research experience.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts in varying weather conditions and lift 50–75 lbs.

• Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and ethical conduct in line with company standards.
