About the role

The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of support plans for students with disabilities. This professional staff position works closely with the Office of Student Success and the Associate Dean of College Counseling to enhance academic and college‑readiness outcomes for a talented student body.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive services for all ASMSA students.
  • Coordinate primary support plans for students with disabilities.
  • Assist the Associate Dean of College Counseling in providing services to the school’s most gifted students.
  • Implement systems that help students explore, identify, and select college options.
  • Contribute to staff development initiatives.
  • Promote student development programs and activities.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Secondary Guidance Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
