Student Resources Assistant – Work‑Study (Chatt Tech)

About the role

This part‑time, work‑study position supports the Office of Student Resources at the Marietta campus. It is open exclusively to Chattahoochee Technical College students and provides hands‑on experience in student‑success services.

Key responsibilities

• Volunteer at student‑success events and assist with event logistics.
• Support the Textbook Lending Program and Food Pantry operations, including intake, sorting, and organization.
• Manage snack spot check‑ins and field walk‑in traffic for the Office of Student Resources and Office of Student Involvement.
• Maintain inventory records and perform related clerical duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Current enrollment at Chattahoochee Technical College with a valid FAFSA and demonstrated financial need.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or eligible non‑citizen status.
• Good academic standing and satisfactory academic progress.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all eligibility requirements for federal work‑study.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work well with others.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $12.00.
• Maximum of 19 work hours per week.
