Student Engagement Systems Manager

About the role

The Student Engagement Systems Manager works within the Office of Transformative Learning at Texas A&M University‑Commerce. The role drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital platforms, communication workflows, and engagement infrastructure that enable students to move from initial interest to active participation in high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the university’s student engagement CRM and related digital tools.
• Develop and optimize communication workflows that support research, mentoring, leadership, experiential learning, and honors programs.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends, improve participation rates, and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of systems across campus.
• Provide training and support to users of engagement platforms.
