The Student Conduct Records Analyst supports the University of Arkansas by maintaining accurate conduct records, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing timely information to stakeholders. Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update student conduct databases with accurate and confidential information.
• Generate reports and summaries for departmental review and external audits.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for conduct hearings and investigations.
• Collaborate with campus offices, including Student Affairs and Legal Services, to ensure consistent record-keeping.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely processing of conduct actions.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines.
