MontanaFit is seeking a full‑time Strength & Conditioning Coach to help busy adults improve strength, movement quality, and confidence through group and personal training. You will join a supportive team focused on sustainable coaching careers and meaningful client impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coach group strength & conditioning classes.
• Lead personal training and small‑group sessions.
• Help clients improve strength, movement quality, confidence, and consistency.
• Build long‑term relationships with members.
• Create a positive, professional, and welcoming training environment.
• Continue developing coaching and communication skills.

• Previous coaching, athletic, personal training, or strength & conditioning experience preferred.
