Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will drive enterprise procurement strategy across multiple indirect spend categories for a US‑based organization. This high‑impact position partners with Legal, Finance, Security and business teams to translate needs into sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing initiatives, from market analysis and RFP creation to supplier selection, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to structure, negotiate and execute commercial agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Drive cost optimization through category management, spend analysis and early stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize procurement tools such as NetSuite and Zip to maintain spend visibility, supplier data and renewal pipelines.
• Support procurement transformation projects and promote best‑practice adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in indirect categories.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and category value.
• Strong analytical abilities, including spend analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; certifications such as CPSM or PMP are a plus.
