Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join its Nashville location. You will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
