Store Stock Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Store Stock Associate to join the team at Tanger Outlets San Marcos. You will play a key part in keeping the store’s inventory accurate, organized, and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and perform daily stockroom organization by style, size, and color.
• Handle housekeeping tasks in the stockroom and report supply or inventory needs to management.
• Complete shipments, transfers, damage reports, and donations according to company guidelines.
• Replenish the sales floor each day and audit markdowns in line with Levi’s policies.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and programs set by Levi’s management.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable reading, counting, and documenting inventory information.
• Collaborative, inclusive, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, or climb ladders as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.
