Store Sales Associate – Retail Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Sales Associate for its Des Moines outlet. In this customer‑focused position you will deliver an engaging shopping experience, promote the brand’s latest collections, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend outfits and current promotions that match each customer’s style.
• Drive enrollment and usage of the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, set the sales floor, and manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
