About the role

Join Levi’s® Outlet in St. Augustine as a Store Sales Associate, where you’ll bring the brand’s heritage to life for customers. You’ll provide personalized service, promote the omni‑channel experience, and help shoppers discover the latest trends.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge using seasonal guides and tools.
• Suggest outfit combinations that align with current trends and promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote Levi’s omni‑channel services.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with management on escalated issues.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining store standards.
• Adhere to all Levi’s Store policies, procedures, and directives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Collaborative, inclusive, and aligned with company culture.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
