Store Manager – Santa Monica

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Beyond Yoga location in Santa Monica. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects our brand values of body positivity and community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Analyze and strategize performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store personnel, including management staff.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and adherence to operational excellence policies.
• Oversee payroll planning, scheduling, and labor cost management aligned with sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, receiving, price changes, ticketing, and loss‑prevention procedures.

• Proven track record in retail leadership and achieving sales goals.
