Associate Sales Representative - ENT (North LA)

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its ENT products in the North LA area. The role is field-based and involves promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to customers, conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms and offices, and supporting doctors, nurses and other staff with product knowledge. The position sits within a team of Sales Representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet customers' needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of the products.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Sales Representatives, pushing to exceed goals.
• When onsite with clients, solve product problems and explain the proper use and maintenance of products to doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B sales preferred.
• Approximately 20% travel; must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.
• Ability to handle medium physical work, such as lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds constantly.

What we offer

• Salary of $80,500, with possible bonus eligibility.
