Store Manager – Retail Outlets (Anthem, Phoenix, AZ)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Levi’s® outlet locations in Anthem, Phoenix. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach associates to ensure a best‑in‑class shopping experience.
• Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to maximize profit.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain operational excellence and store standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and fashion industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform store‑floor duties.
